Ingredients:
1 Chicken (boneless and cut into pieces)
3 Onion, chopped
1 tsp Turmeric, paste
1 tsp Coriander Seeds, Paste
1 tsp Red Chili, paste
1 inch Ginger, chopped
8 cloves of Garlic, crushed
1 cup fresh yogurt
1/2 tsp Garam Masala (Black Pepper, Cinnamon, cardamom, cloves)
3 tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
5 Almonds, soaked and chopped
10 Cashew nut, soaked and chopped
1 tbsp Lemon juice

Coriander Leaves, chopped
How to cook:
- Beat the yogurt and mix chicken pieces with turmeric and salt.
- Marinate for half an hour.
- Heat ghee and fry onions, ginger, garlic till light brown.
- Add red chili, coriander and boil for few minutes.
- Add chicken and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add 2 cups of hot water and stir well.
- Cover and cook till chicken is tender and dry.
- Add garam masala and salt.
- Mix all the dry fruits and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
