Ingredients:
1 Chicken (Cut into pieces and washed)
1/3 cup Onion, Paste
2 tsp ginger, paste
2 tsp Turmeric, paste
2 tsp Chili, paste
2 tsp Coriander, paste
2 inch cinnamon
3 green cardamoms
1 Bay leaf
2 tsp sugar
1/2 cup oil
1tsp Salt
1/3 cup pineapple, grated
How to cook:
- Mix all the items except pineapple in a pan.
- Add half a cup of water and heat until chicken is half done and water dried.
- Stir for several minutes until chicken is full done.
- Add grated pineapple, stir and cover the pan.
- Keep some time in low heat
- Serve hot with rice
