Ingredients:
1 kg Chicken cut into pieces
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Turmeric
powder
1 tsp of Garam masala powder
1 big finely chopped Tomato
2 tbsp oil
How to Cook:
- Clean the chicken pieces and marinate with all the ingredients for ½ an hour.
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in the pressure cooker.
- Fry the marinated chicken for 5 minutes and add 1 cup of hot water and cover with lid.
- Wait for 2 whistles. It will be ready to eat, after it’s simmered for 5 minutes.
- Serve it with rice.
