Ingredients:
2 Chickens,
cut into 20-22 pieces and washed
250 gms yoghurt
250 gms yoghurt
250 gms onion,
grated
2 tsp cumin
powder
1 tbsp Ginger paste
1 tbsp Ginger paste
1 tsp Garlic
paste
2 tbsp poppy
seed, paste
1 tbsp
chili powder
1 tsp
fennel powder
½ tsp
mace powder
50 gms
almonds, paste
50 gms
raisins
2 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp Salt
120 ml
ghee
How to Cook:
- Combine chicken with all the spices
- Cook in a very low heat for 1 hour
- Add water if needed.
- Simmer until the chicken nicely coated with oil/ghee and spices with no moisture.
- Add chopped almonds before serving with polao or rice
