Ingredients:
500 gms Chicken
2 tbsp onion, paste
½ cup grated coconut
1 tbsp garlic-ginger paste
1.5 tbsp green chili paste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp tamarind paste
1 tsp coriander powder
5-6 cloves
10-12 black pepper
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander leaves
Oil as needed
Salt to taste
How to Cook:
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add ginger-garlic paste, onion paste, black pepper, cloves, green chili paste and tamarind paste. Stir for 2 minutes.
- Add red chili, coriander and turmeric powder. Add grated coconut. Fry till brown.
- Add water and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add chicken and cook till the chicken done well. Add water if needed.
- Garnish with coriander leaves
