Ingredients:
800
gms Chicken
1 tbsp Oil2 Bay Leaves
1 stick Cinnamon
2 cups Onions, chopped
1 tbsp Ginger, chopped
3 tbsp Garlic, chopped
2 tbsp Green Chilies, chopped
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
1 cup Tomato Puree
4-6 cloves Garlic

How to cook:
- Clean and wash chicken and cut into 1½" pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add bay leaves, whole garam masala and chopped onions. Sauté till onions turn light brown in color.
- Add chopped ginger, garlic and green chilies. Cook for half a minute. Add chicken pieces and cook on a high heat for 5 minutes.
- Add coriander, red chili and turmeric powder. Stir well.
- Add two cups of water and bring it to a boil. Cook on low heat for about 20 minutes or till chicken pieces are almost done.
- Add tomato puree and season with salt.
- Serve hot.
