Ingredients:
2 chicken breast halves -
cubed
1/2 tsp ginger, paste
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 stick cinnamon
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1 large onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, paste
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup chicken stock
2 tbsp almonds, paste
1/4 cup thick cream
2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup yogurt
How
to Cook:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Combine the ginger, chili powder, cinnamon, turmeric, and pepper. Stir into the hot oil and cook for 5 seconds.
- Add the onion and garlic, stir and cook until onions become soft.
- Stir in the tomatoes and chicken, and cook chicken for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Add the chicken stock with the chicken-onion mixture. Stir and cook for 3 minutes.
- Stir in the almonds, cream and yogurt.
- Continue cooking for 2 to 4 minutes.
