Ingredients:
1.5 cup yogurt
2 tsp Ginger and garlic paste each.
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chili powder salt to taste
2-3 cloves
1 chicken,
cut in small pieces
2 medium onions, sliced1.5 cup yogurt

2-3 green cardamoms
How to Cook:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onions until golden brown. Remove onions onto a paper towel.
- In remaining oil put in cloves and cardamoms.
- Add chicken and stir.
- Add ginger and garlic paste. Mix well.
- In a blender put fried onions with yogurt and little water and make a paste.
- In chicken, now add coriander powder, chili powder, salt and fry until oil separates.
- Then add yogurt/onion mixture.
- Add little water depending on how much gravy you want.
- Cook on medium heat for 30 min.
- Serve hot with Nan.
