Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken breasts
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, paste
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
(De-seeded)
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
2 (1 inch) cinnamon sticks
4 whole cloves
6 green cardamom seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp chopped fresh
parsley/coriander leaves
How
to Cook:
- Heat oil in a large pan in medium heat.
- Cook cinnamon sticks, cloves, and cardamom seeds in hot oil for two minutes.
- Stir in onion and garlic, and cook until soft.
- Cut each chicken breast into 4 pieces, and add to the pan.
- Cook for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add salt, red pepper flakes, coriander and cumin powder.
- Stir in the tomato sauce and water. Continue cooking for 10 minutes.
- Stir in milk, and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes.
- Mix in the parsley/coriander leaves before serving.
