Ingredients:
1 kg Chicken, cut into
medium pieces
2 tbsp Pepper corns, crushed
1 cup Onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic,
paste
1 tsp Garam masala
1 cup Tomato puree
1 sprig Curry leaves
5 green Chilies -slit
2 tsp lime juice
3 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
½ cup Cilantro, chopped
How
to Cook:
- Wash the Chicken and marinate with ginger-garlic paste and ground pepper. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan, sauté the onions till brown, add the curry leaves and slit green chilies and toss on high flame, then add the marinated chicken and toss well.
- Add the tomato puree and required salt and cook on medium heat till a bit dry.
- When almost dry and chicken is cooked add the lime juice and sprinkle the garam masala.
- Remove and serve in a dish garnished with Cilantro.
