Ingredients:
2 (small) skinless chickens
1 cup ghee (clarified
butter)
¾ cup onion, paste
2 tbsp ginger, paste
2 tsp garlic, paste 
6 cardamom seeds 
2 (1 inch) cinnamon sticks 
¾ cup sweet curd
1 lemon juice
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp Kewra
2 tsp fennel seed powder
(optional)
Raisins, Almonds as you
wish
How
to Cook:
- Cut each chicken into 4 to 8 pieces. Wash.
 - Mix all ingredients in a pan except lemon juice, kewra, raisins and almonds.
 - Add 1 tbsp sugar, if the curd is sour.
 - Heat the pan to boil and lower heat.
 - When water dried and chicken is tender, add lemon juice.
 - Add kewra and stir well until ghee come out.
 - Pour raisins and chopped almond over the serving dish.
 - Serve hot with pollow.
