Ingredients:
1 whole Chicken
(cut into small pieces)
4 tbsp Coconut, finely grated
1 glass Milk
¼ tsp Red chilies
8 tbsp Oil
6 pcs Raisins
1 tsp Garlic
¼ tsp Ginger
Salt to taste

How
to Cook:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add raisins and then add chicken pieces.
- Fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Add ginger, garlic, red chilies and fry for 8-10 minutes until you get the smell of garlic.
- Now add milk to it and let it cook for 20 minutes till the meat is tender.
- Add the pre-soaked (for 15 minutes) grated Coconut into the chicken and simmer it till the oil floats on the top.
- When it is done, let it cool down and then add salt to it.
