Ingredients:
250 gm chickpea (boiled)
½ kg chicken
250 gm yogurt
250 gm onion, chopped
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp whole coriander
1 stick cinnamon
½ tsp mace and nutmeg
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp all spice powder
1.5 tsp salt
4 green chilies, chopped
½ bunch coriander leaves
½ cup oil
How
to Cook:
- Heat oil in a pan, add entire chopped onion and fry well.
- Let the fried onion out and blend with yogurt.
- Add the blended mixture in oil, fry well.
- Add chicken with water, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
- Roast cumin, whole coriander, cinnamon stick, mace and nutmeg and black pepper on a separate pan.
- Grind this mixture and mix it in 1 cup water. Add red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste and salt to the above mixture.
- Add this mixture in chicken and fry well.
- Add boiled chickpea and cook for 20 minutes on low flame.
- Add all spice powder, chopped green chilies and coriander leaves.
- Turn the flame off.
