Ingredients:
1 whole Chicken (cut into 16
pieces)
2 onions, thinly sliced
500 gms yogurt
1½ tsp Ginger, paste
1½ tsp Garlic, paste
1 tsp Coriander powder
2 onions, thinly sliced

1 tsp Red chili powder
2-3 Cloves
2-3 Cloves
2-3 Green Cardamom
2 inch Cinnamon stick
½ tsp Turmeric powder
½ Cup oil
Salt to taste

How to Cook:
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry onions till golden brown and take it out and keep aside.
- In the same oil fry cloves, cinnamon and cardamoms.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and fry.
- Add chicken pieces and stir.
- Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add chili, coriander, turmeric powder and salt. Fry until oil separates and chicken is half done.
- In a blender put yogurt and fried onions to make a smooth paste. Add the mixture to the chicken.
- Now add a little water if needed and cook till the meat is tender and oil comes up.
- Serve hot with naan.
