Ingredients:
1 whole Chicken (cut into
small pieces)
2 onions, finely grated
1½ Cup yogurt
2 tsp Ginger, paste
2 tsp Garlic, paste
2 tsp Coriander powder

1 tsp Red chili powder
2-3 Cloves
2-3 Cloves
2-3 Green Cardamom
Salt to taste

How to Cook:
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry onions till golden brown and take it out and keep aside.
- Add cloves and cardamoms.
- Add chicken pieces and stir.
- Fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté.
- Add chili, coriander powder and salt. Fry until oil separates.
- In a blender put yogurt, little water and fried onions to make a smooth paste. Add the mixture to the chicken.
- Now add a little water if needed and cook for 20 minutes till the meat is tender.
- Serve hot with naan.
