Ingredients:

1 cup Yogurt

½ cup Ghee Or Oil

How
to Cook:
- Heat ghee or oil in a pan.
- Add all ingredients with little water and stir constantly.
- Add chicken and fry well in the masala.
- Add yogurt and cook on slow fire.
- Add ½ cup water and cook till chicken tender, gravy becomes thick and oil separated.
- Serve hot with Naan.
