Ingredients:
500 gm of fresh chicken (cut into pieces and washed)
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Chili powder
3 cloves of garlic, paste
1 tsp of ginger, paste
1/2 cup chopped onion
10-12 green chili (cut into halves and de-seeded)
1 inch cinnamon
2 green cardamoms
Salt to taste

How to cook:
1. Heat enough oil in a pan.
2. Add onion and fry until light brown.
3. Add Turmeric-Coriander-Cumin-Chili powder and garlic-ginger paste.
4. Add green chili and stir a while.
5. Add Cinnamon and cardamom
6. Add a cup of water and keep it over low heat.
7. When the chicken is done serve with hot rice.
